Tasked with constructing several jetties featuring floating concrete pontoons in Mayotte, MSI faced the lack of heavy piling machinery in the area. To overcome this, the company developed a portable, floating piling rig capable of operating in very shallow drafts and easily transportable by trailer or container.
This innovation enabled piling operations to be carried out in a remote environment without relying on heavy infrastructure, facilitating efficient technical interventions in difficult-to-access locations.
